Nils Morozs

Dr. Nils Morozs is a Research Fellow in Electronic Engineering at the University of York. His research focuses on underwater acoustic networks, communication protocols, and signal processing for marine environments. He has led several projects including EPSRC IAA: Network Plug-in for Subsea Monitoring Technology and York-Haifa Underwater Acoustic Communications Experiments. His work involves developing scalable networking solutions for the Internet of Underwater Things and improving data transmission reliability in challenging acoustic environments.

Dr. Morozs has contributed extensively to underwater communication technologies with publications in IEEE Journal of Oceanic Engineering and other leading venues. His research combines theoretical modeling with practical sea trial validations to address real-world challenges in underwater networking.
