Nikos Mylonopoulos

Dr. Nikos Mylonopoulos is a Professor of Digital Business and Director of the SEV Center of Excellence in Creative Leadership at ALBA Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece. He holds a B.Sc. from Athens University of Economics & Business and a Ph.D. from Warwick Business School. His research focuses on Digital Transformation, Enterprise Systems, and Mobile Services, with publications in journals like Management Science and International Journal of Electronic Commerce. He has taught at institutions including Warwick Business School, Sheffield University, and Kedge Business School.

Dr. Mylonopoulos has held leadership roles such as Associate Dean of Academic Programs and MBA Academic Director during the 2009-2014 Greek crisis, leading a successful turnaround. He currently delivers executive education seminars to global companies in banking, pharma, and IT sectors. His work integrates computer-based business simulations from INSEAD, Harvard, and HEC Montreal.

He is a Board Member of HEPIS (Hellenic Society of Informatics Professionals), co-authoring a pivotal study on digital skills in Greece. His research spans behavioral science (e.g., Facebook addiction studies) and organizational leadership, emphasizing agile practices and context curation.
