Nikoleta Delis

Dr. Nikoleta Delis serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of PA Medicine at University of Lynchburg's School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where she also holds dual leadership roles as Assistant Program Director for the Doctor of Medical Science program and Director of Didactic Education.

Research Focus: Dr. Delis investigates adverse childhood events and wellness in medicine through the lens of behavioral health and physician assistant education. Her work bridges clinical practice with academic training to develop trauma-informed care approaches and promote clinician wellness strategies that address long-term health impacts of early life experiences.

Academic Leadership: As Director of Didactic Education, she oversees curriculum development for PA programs while teaching core courses including Medical Practice, Physical Diagnosis, and Community Clinic. Her administrative roles focus on integrating behavioral health competencies and wellness practices into medical education frameworks.
