Nikolay Zabotin

Nikolay Zabotin is a Research Professor Emeritus at the University of Colorado Boulder's Department of Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering, affiliated with the College of Engineering and Applied Science. He is also a Senior Research Scientist at NorthWest Research Associates. His research focuses on remote sensing, atmospheric physics, ionospheric dynamics, and oceanography. He holds senior memberships in IEEE, AGU, and USNC-URSI Commission G.
