Nikolaos Zygouras is a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Warwick's Department of Mathematics, based in the Zeeman Building. His research focuses on Probability Theory and its applications to statistical physics models such as random polymers, KPZ universality, stochastic PDEs, and disordered systems. He explores connections to PDEs, representation theory, combinatorics, and random matrices. Key research areas include critical phenomena, scaling limits, and exactly solvable models.
He teaches advanced courses in probability and integrable probability, including Symmetric Functions and Integrable Probability, and has taught a range of graduate and undergraduate courses on stochastic processes, mathematical methods, and statistical analysis.
