Nikki Masters serves as Lecturer in Educational Psychology and Child Development at Charles Sturt University's School of Education, based in Albury/Wodonga. Transitioning to a continuing academic role in 2025 after 18 years as a part-time sessional lecturer, she leverages over 20 years of primary classroom experience and a decade in inclusive education to inform her teaching philosophy centered on understanding student learning needs.
