Assist. Prof. Dr. Nida AYDIN is a faculty member at Near East University's Department of Surgical Diseases Nursing, appointed as Assistant Professor in 2022. Previously, she served as a research assistant in the same department since 2014. Her academic journey includes clinical nursing experience at Trakya University Faculty of Medicine Hospital (2010-2014) and advanced degrees focused on nursing interventions and patient adaptation models.
