Nicole Woodford-Shell

Nicole Woodford-Shell is a Special Lecturer at the University of Akron's School of Dance, Theatre & Arts Administration. She is the founder and co-owner of Yoga Squared and co-founder of The Highland Square School of Yoga, which offers Yoga Alliance-approved 200- and 300-hour teacher training programs. With a decade-long background as a Registered Nurse (RN), she transitioned into yoga education, emphasizing the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Her work includes guiding teacher trainings, leading global retreats through YS Retreats, and fostering community vibrancy in Highland Square.
