Nicole Richardson is a Professor of Professional Practice at Rutgers University and serves as the Director of the Data Science Minor. She is affiliated with the Department of Africana Studies, Mathematics and Computer Science.

Research Initiatives: Nicole focuses on healthcare policy, particularly the impact of the Inpatient Hospital Prospective Payment System on Disproportionate Share Hospitals (DSH) and patient access. Her work also explores pharmaceutical economics, including the effect of brand drug duration on generic drug status, and data-driven analyses of consumer demand, demographics, and voting outcomes.
