Nicole Loos Bartlett serves as Clinical Associate Professor and BS DNP/AGNP Program Director at Boise State University's School of Nursing, joining in fall 2017 initially as Nurse Practitioner Clinical Placement Coordinator. Board-certified across Pediatric Primary Care (PPNP-BC), Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP-BC), and Adult Gerontology Acute Care (AGACNP-BC) specialties, she maintains clinical expertise in emergency medicine alongside academic leadership.
Her educational trajectory includes:

- MSN from California State University, Fresno
- DNP from Brandman University (2017)
- Post-doctoral certificate in Adult Gerontology Acute Care
Dr. Loos-Bartlett's professional focus centers on legislative advocacy to expand healthcare access and advance APRN roles in Idaho, informed by her Doctoral capstone project reducing preventable school illnesses to improve attendance funding. Her clinical-academic work bridges pediatric/geriatric healthcare, emergency medicine, and psychiatric mental health across community, educational, and policy domains.
As Program Director, she oversees BS DNP/AGNP curriculum development and clinical placements while teaching undergraduate nursing courses. An active volunteer in pediatric community health initiatives, she maintains professional affiliations with Sigma Theta Tau, Nurse Practitioners of Idaho, and the American Nurses Association.
