Nicole El-Haber is a Lecturer in the Department of Management and Marketing at La Trobe Business School, La Trobe University. She holds a PhD from Monash University (2018) and has held academic roles since 2004, including Research Officer and Associate Lecturer. Her research focuses on ethical decision-making in public sector management, gender differences in ethics, and AI ethics in technology industries. She is also Program Director for the Bachelor of Business and teaches Leadership, Business Ethics, and Organisational Change.
