Nicolas Boutry

Nicolas Boutry is Assistant Professor at EPITA, where he leads the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence specialization. His research spans discrete topology, mathematical morphology on shape trees, spectral graph analysis for cybersecurity, and explainable AI.

Current projects investigate connections between topological data analysis and mathematical morphology, AI-based radiotherapy prediction, and lightweight computer vision transformers. Applications include biomedical imaging and cybersecurity threat detection.
