Nicholas Villani

Nicholas Villani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Technology and Management at Illinois Institute of Technology. His role combines academic instruction with industry outreach as the Outreach & Industry Liaison.

• Education: M.A.S. in Industrial Technology and Operations (Sustainability Specialization) and B.A.C. in Industrial Technology and Management, both from Illinois Tech (2016).

Research Interests: Digital manufacturing and design, focusing on

• Computer-aided design (CAD)
• Computer-aided manufacturing (CAM)
• Computer numerical control (CNC) machining
