Nicholas Manicke

Nicholas Manicke, Ph.D., is a Professor at Indiana University Indianapolis’ School of Science, affiliated with the Chemistry & Chemical Biology and Forensic & Investigative Sciences departments. As Associate Director of the Forensic & Investigative Sciences Program, he pioneers ambient ionization mass spectrometry methods like Paper Spray and DESI for rapid analysis of biofluids, drugs, and chemical warfare agents without traditional sample preparation.
