Nicholas H. Snow

Nicholas H. Snow is the Founding Endowed Professor and Department Chair of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Seton Hall University. He leads the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry within the College of Arts and Sciences, specializing in analytical chemistry and separation science. His roles also include Director of the Center for Academic Industry Partnership.

Dr. Snow’s research focuses on rapid separations of complex mixtures, multidimensional gas chromatography (GC×GC), sampling techniques, and advancing GC instrumentation. Notable contributions include publications on splitless injection optimization, headspace extraction, and GC×GC applications. He has been recognized for teaching excellence and service, including awards from the Seton Hall Board of Regents.
