Assoc. Prof. Neşenur Altıniğne Ekici is a faculty member at Istanbul Bilgi University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Advertising and Public Relations. Her work bridges marketing theory and digital consumer behavior, with a strong focus on technology-driven retail environments and ethical consumerism. She teaches courses such as Principles of Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Research.

Her research interests include online consumer behavior, corporate social responsibility, brand relationships during crises, and the psychological aspects of consumer decision-making. Her recent research projects explore consumer behavior during the pandemic and the role of autonomous robots in retail service recovery, indicating a strong trend toward technology-integrated consumer experience research.
