Neus Feliu

Neus Feliu serves as an International Visiting Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey and faculty member for FFI GEN Certificates at the Family Firm Institute (US). She is also a Partner at Lansberg Gersick Advisors (LGA) and International Expert at IFEM, supporting enterprising families in legacy planning and governance for over 20 years.

She earned her PhD from ESADE Business School (Barcelona) specializing in philanthropy governance within family businesses.

Her research integrates business economics with psychology and family dynamics to address generational continuity challenges. Key focus areas include family business governance, responsible ownership, and philanthropic strategy, emphasizing sustainable multi-generational enterprise success through evidence-based frameworks.

She received the 2023 Richard Beckhard Practice Award for outstanding contributions to multi-generational family enterprise practice.

Neus serves on multiple boards, lectures globally on family enterprise topics, and actively bridges academic-practitioner gaps through organizations like IFERA, FERC, and the Family Firm Institute where she is a Fellow.
