Prof. Dr. Nesrin M. Bahçelerli is the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism at Near East University (NEU), where she also serves as Head of the Tourism Research Center and Head of the Department of Tourism Management. With a career spanning over two decades at NEU, she has progressed from research assistant (1998) to full-time lecturer (2001), Associate Professor (2018), and Professor. Her leadership extends to national policy, having represented NEU in the TRNC Ministry of Tourism and Environment's Tourism Master Plan committees.
