Neri de Kramer is an Assistant Professor of Anthropology and Faculty Coordinator for Wilmington Campus at the University of Delaware. He holds a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology from the CUNY Graduate Center, a Master's from the University of Amsterdam, and a culinary diploma from the International Culinary Center in New York. His research focuses on consumer behavior, food practices, and identity formation through food consumption. He teaches courses in food anthropology, material culture, and visual anthropology, emphasizing practical applications relevant to students' lives.
