معرفی
Nejc Arh is a Doctoral student at Lund University, affiliated with the Division of Molecular Medicine and Gene Therapy and the Lund University Cancer Centre (LUCC). His research focuses on cell reprogramming in hematopoiesis and immunity.
Research Interests
Nejc's work spans immunology, cell biology, and cancer research, particularly reprogramming somatic cells into dendritic cells and studying lineage-biased hematopoietic progenitor cells. His expertise includes gene expression profiling, transcriptional analysis, and proteotype changes.
Projects
- Functional chemical reprogramming of cancer cells to induce antitumor immunity (2024–2026): Investigating chemical methods to enhance immunotherapeutic responses.
- RNA reprogramming for cancer immunotherapy (2021–ongoing): Focuses on leveraging RNA-based techniques for therapeutic applications under supervisor Filipe Pereira.
Publications
- 2022: Single-cell transcriptional profiling in dendritic cell reprogramming (Science Immunology).
- 2021: Ontogenic shifts in hematopoietic progenitor cells (Cell Reports).
