Neil Hawkins is a Professor of Health Economics & Health Technology Assessment at the University of Glasgow. He holds a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Bristol, Masters in Health Economics (York) and Applied Statistics (Sheffield), and an MBA from Oxford. He has 17+ years in HTA, led over 30 assessments across clinical areas, and previously was a Reader at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and Vice President at ICON plc.
