Nefeli Bompoti

Nefeli Bompoti is a Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the College of Engineering, UMass Dartmouth. Her research focuses on addressing environmental challenges related to "forever chemicals" (PFAS contamination), with an emphasis on supporting communities affected by these pollutants. She integrates collaborative research with student engagement, fostering experiential learning opportunities.
