Dr. Neda Nasheri is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Biochemistry, Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Ottawa. She serves as a Research Scientist at Health Canada, leading the Food Virology Reference/Research Centre. Her work bridges academic research and public health policy through virology and food safety.

Selected Scientific Awards include the NSERC Visiting Fellow (2015-2018) and multiple cover articles in journals like ChemBioChem and Analytical Biochemistry.
