Ned Kelleher

Dr. Ned Kelleher, Q.C., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management & Law at Mount Saint Vincent University (MSVU), where he has served since 1986. He holds a B.Comm from Saint Mary’s University, a Juris Doctor and MBA from Dalhousie University, and a PhD in Business Administration from Northcentral University. His expertise spans strategic management, international business, and business law.

• Teaching Roles: Teaches Strategic Management (BUSI 4400), International Business (BUSI 3312), and Business Law (BUSI 2259).
• Research Focus: Investigates corporate governance, structural analysis of the Canadian cannabis industry, risk management in universities, and administrative law related to university policies.
