Nebojša Vlaškalić is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad, Serbia, since 2019. His academic career spans Romance Studies, with a focus on French and Italian languages and literatures.
- Doctorate (2017) from La Sapienza University, Rome, on myth in Laurent Gaudé’s literary works
- Master’s (2013) and Diploma (2011) in Romance Studies from the University of Novi Sad
Research interests include contemporary French literature, mythological themes in modern fiction, Serbian drama translations in France, Italian language pedagogy, and teaching methodologies like Suggestopedia. His publications highlight intersections of war narratives and cultural symbolism, notably in Laurent Gaudé’s works.
