Nathan Schneider is an Associate Professor in the Media Studies department at the University of Colorado Boulder. He founded the Media Economies Design Lab and focuses on intersections between technology, democracy, and religion. His recent work includes a 2024 book on democratic ownership of online spaces and co-editing Beautiful Solutions (2025) about solidarity economies.
