Nathalia Bernardo serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell University Law School and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation. Her professional practice spans high-stakes real estate transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and complex development agreements across residential, commercial, industrial, gaming/hospitality, and mixed-use assets for clients such as REITs, private equity firms, and high net worth individuals.
