Natasha Loughrey

Natasha Loughrey is a Senior Lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University, serving since 2013. With 28 years of intensive therapy unit (ITU) experience, including roles at Royal Berkshire Hospital and West Middlesex Hospital, she specializes in Critical Care Nursing and mentorship. She holds an MSc in Advanced Nurse Practice from the University of West London (2014) and a PGCE in Health and Social Care from Reading University (2008).

Her professional affiliations include membership with the NMC, RCN, and British Association of Critical Care Nurses. She collaborates with local trusts like Imperial College Healthcare and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital on initiatives such as Sepsis Study Days and Mentorship updates. As a Professional Nurse Advocate, she supports practicing nurses while leading courses in Critical Care, Respiratory Care, and Healthcare Mentorship programs.
