Natasha Dyer Eberly serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Tulane University's School of Social Work, teaching social work courses while maintaining active clinical and administrative roles. She concurrently directs Ryan White HIV/AIDS services at the Area Health Education Center (a cooperative with LSU School of Medicine) since 2005 and provides consultative services for Early Steps supporting infants/toddlers and families.
Her educational background includes:
- Doctor of Social Work (DSW) from Tulane University School of Social Work (2019)
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from Tulane University School of Social Work (2000)
- Professional Fundraising Certificate from Boston University (2013)
Dr. Eberly's research centers on web-based continuing education effectiveness for social workers, intersecting with her clinical expertise in child/family services through Early Steps and HIV/AIDS programming via Ryan White. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-BACS) and board-approved clinical supervisor, she integrates practice knowledge into academic instruction.
She leverages her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential to secure federal, state, and foundation grants for non-profits/educational institutions while serving as a SAMHSA grant reviewer. Her work bridges academic instruction, clinical supervision, and program administration in high-impact public health domains.
