Dr. Natalia Rogalski is a Senior Research Assistant and Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Bond University's Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine in Australia. She works at the Centre for Research Excellence in Minimising Antibiotic Resistance in the Community (CRE-MARC), leading research on antibiotic prescribing practices in aged care facilities.
Her education includes:
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Medicine from University of Technology Sydney (2014-2018)
- Diploma in Polish Languages from Macquarie University (2010-2019)

Rogalski's research focuses on evidence-based healthcare practices across multiple domains, with particular expertise in systematic reviews and meta-analyses. Her primary research examines pharmaceutical care optimization in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) and antimicrobial stewardship in aged care facilities. Secondary interests include telemedicine applications, pandemic-era medical education, and clinical guideline development.
Her 36 publications demonstrate strong methodological focus on systematic reviews and meta-analyses, predominantly in healthcare delivery innovation. Recent work explores telehealth applications across rehabilitation and mental health contexts, antibiotic stewardship in geriatric care, and clinical guideline development for infection management.
She has facilitated academic workshops including the '2-day Systematic Review and 2weekSR workshop' at Bond University. As a research fellow, she collaborates on projects through CRE-MARC to develop practical strategies for reducing antibiotic resistance in community healthcare settings.
