Natalia Jach-Salamon

Natalia Jach-Salamon is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology of Emotions and Personality, Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS). Her research focuses on emotional concepts in children, narrative psychology, social cognition, and therapeutic interventions for developmental disorders.

Her research interests span psychology of emotions, cognitive representations of emotions, structure of emotional concepts, linguistic aspects of emotional expression, and narrative psychology. She specializes in child and adolescent emotional development, with particular attention to autism and oncological conditions.

Recent publications analyze climate emotions in Polish youth, fear concept structure in preschoolers, and autism interventions. These works reflect trends in developmental psychology, emotion regulation, and clinical applications.
