Nasser Arshadi is a Professor of Finance at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, Department of Finance and Legal Studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His research focuses on risk management, blockchain technology, capital markets, and corporate finance, with a strong emphasis on emerging technologies and financial intermediation. He has authored two books on financial intermediation and insider trading, and currently serves as a senior editor of Technology and Innovation and on the editorial board of Public and Municipal Finance.
