Nashid Shahriar

Nashid Shahriar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Regina, Faculty of Science. His research addresses resource allocation challenges in next-generation networks including 5G, elastic optical networks, cloud infrastructures, and IoT systems.

He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, an M.Sc. from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), and a B.Sc. from BUET.
