Nara Kim is an Assistant Professor and Docent at Linköping University's Department of Science and Technology (ITN), affiliated with the Laboratory of Organic Electronics (LOE). She leads research in soft electronics, focusing on stretchable and sustainable energy systems. Her work includes developing elastic conducting polymers, biodegradable batteries, and thermoelectric materials for wearable and environmental applications. Dr. Kim holds a PhD from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) and has held postdoctoral roles at the Heeger Center for Advanced Materials and LOE. She is a Principal Investigator in the Wallenberg Initiative Material Science for Sustainability (WISE) and Advanced Functional Materials (AFM) Center.
