Naomi Seale is a Senior University Tutor in audio visual production at Maynooth University's Department of Media Studies within the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. With over 25 years of experience spanning commercial, corporate, and online production, she brings extensive industry expertise to her academic role. As a long-term contract faculty member for over a decade, she has developed and taught a variety of practice-based modules across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Her educational background includes:
- Masters degree in Radio & Television Production from Maynooth University
- Post Graduate Higher Diploma in Adult & Further Education from Maynooth University
Naomi's professional expertise encompasses all aspects of broadcast production, from directing and filming to editing and audio-visual expertise. Her teaching interests focus on television production, screen media, and media technologies, with specific modules including Foundations of Media Production, Digital Marketing Content Creation, Television Studio Production, Advanced Television Studio Production, Commercial Video, Screen Production, Formats and Genres, and Crafted Television. She remains at the forefront of industry technological advancements, ensuring her educational offerings reflect the latest developments in broadcast technology.

Her industry experience includes working with Virgin Media TV, TV3, UTV, TG4, Trocaire, and Irish Aid as a Lighting Cameraperson, with international shoots across multiple countries worldwide. She also serves as an Audio Visual Trainer for Gael Scoil Maigh Nuad teachers for oral histories project (2025).
