Nanthi Bolan

Nanthi Bolan is a Professor at the University of Western Australia (UWA), affiliated with the UWA School of Agriculture and Environment. Her research focuses on environmental remediation, soil science, and sustainable agriculture. She has authored over 671 publications and secured 10 grants, including the 'Effect of mineral magic amorphous silica on moisture retention' project (2022–2024).

Her work integrates biochar applications, microplastic pollution impacts, and heavy metal contamination solutions. Dr. Bolan actively contributes to global environmental challenges through projects addressing soil health, nutrient cycling, and waste-to-resource innovations.
