Nancy Choudhary

Nancy Choudhary is a PhD student at the Institute of Plant Biotechnology and Bioinformatics under the Faculty of Life Sciences at Technische Universität Braunschweig. Her research focuses on elucidating the biochemical pathways of Withanolide biosynthesis in Nightshade plants and studying the evolution of related genes. She employs advanced techniques such as long-read sequencing, BLAST, phylogenetic analysis, and co-expression analysis to identify gene candidates, with a strong emphasis on data reuse and public sharing of genomic resources.
