Nancy B. Reese, Ph.D., PT, MHSA, FAPTA, is the current Dean of the College of Health and Behavioral Sciences (CHBS) at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). A first-generation college student and UCA alumnus, she holds degrees in Physical Therapy (B.S.), Health Services Administration (M.H.S.A.), and Anatomy/Neuroscience (Ph.D.). She transitioned from clinical practice as a neurologic physical therapist to academia, serving as Chair of the Department of Physical Therapy before becoming Dean in 2020.

Her research interests align with her academic background, focusing on Physical Therapy, Neuroscience, Health Services Administration, and Anatomy. Dean Reese has dedicated her career to advancing healthcare education and interdisciplinary collaboration within CHBS.
