Nadja Damtoft

Nadja Damtoft is an External Lecturer at the Department of Business & Management, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Southern Denmark. She is actively engaged in research and teaching in the areas of performance measurement, corporate sustainability, and digital decision-making tools. Her work bridges academic theory and practical application in auditing, management control, and environmental responsibility.

Research Interests: Her primary research areas include Performance Measurement, Corporate Sustainability, Cost-Benefit Analysis, and the risks of technological dominance in professional judgment, particularly in auditing. She critically examines how digital tools influence human decision-making and the potential erosion of professional autonomy.
