Dr. Nadine Bienefeld is a lecturer at the Department of Management, Technology and Economics within the Faculty of Economics at ETH Zurich. Her research focuses on the opportunities and risks of increasing automation and digitalization in high-risk teams, particularly in the medical field. Prior to her current role, she held leadership positions such as Head of Human Performance & Systems at SWISS International Airlines and Head of Human Resources, Development, and Sport Psychology at ZHAW. She also served as a visiting scholar at NASA Ames Research.
