Nadezhda Roumeliotis

Nadezhda Roumeliotis is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Montreal. Her clinical and research focus centers on pediatric critical care, patient safety, and health outcomes.

Research Grants:

• 2024-2030: Co-researcher in "Outcomes of Children and Families After Discharge from Pediatric Intensive Care Units" (funded by IRSC).
• 2023-2027: Lead researcher for "Minimiser les risques associés aux interventions de soins de santé chez les enfants et les jeunes" (FRQS-funded).
• 2021-2025: Lead researcher for "Adverse Drug Events and Medication Errors in adult Intensive Care Units" (IRSC-funded).
• 2023-2027: Lead researcher for "The safety of discharging children directly home from the pediatric intensive care unit" (IRSC-funded).

Supervision: Supervised Master's student Afrin, Rubina (2024 thesis on vancomycin and acute kidney injury in critically ill children).
