NOBLECOURT Sylvain

NOBLECOURT Sylvain is a Researcher-Lecturer at CESI, part of the Department of Engineering and Numerical Tools. He holds a PhD in Electronics from Toulouse University (2016), a Master's degree from ENS Cachan (2012), and a Micro and Nano Systems specialization from Toulouse Paul Sabatier (2011). His research focuses on Digital Twins, Augmented/Virtual Reality (AR/VR), and Human-Computer Interaction, particularly in smart building maintenance and educational technology. He advises PhD student C. Coupry on Mixte VR/AR applications for smart buildings. Recent work emphasizes Extended Reality (XR) in collaborative maintenance and procedural learning via VR. Prior research includes pioneering work on superjunction power devices and deep trench semiconductor fabrication techniques. His lab integrates cutting-edge XR tools with engineering methodologies to enhance real-world applications.
