Núria Agulló Chaler

Núria Agulló Chaler serves as a Researcher and Head of the Materials Science Laboratory at Ramon Llull University's School of Engineering within the Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science.

She earned her Chemical Engineering degree from IQS with specialization in Analytical Chemistry in 1994 and has been active in research since 2000. Dr. Agulló Chaler's primary research domains include:

• Chemistry of vulcanization processes
• Polymeric composites and nanocomposites development
• Elastomeric formulations research

Her scholarly work aligns with the three main research pillars of the GEMAT Materials Engineering Group (Grup d'Enginyeria de Materials): development of new functional materials, surface engineering, and biomaterials. She actively contributes to technology transfer through her membership in the Tecnio Network under ACCIO10 (Generalitat de Catalunya) and belongs to the Consolidated research group SGR2009.

Dr. Agulló Chaler is an integral faculty member of the Master's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering program at IQS, where she shares her expertise in materials science with graduate students. Her academic contributions bridge theoretical research with practical industrial applications in polymeric materials engineering.
