Myron Campbell is Professor of Physics at the University of Michigan, specializing in experimental elementary particle physics. His research explores fundamental particles through major collaborations including the Mu2e experiment at Fermilab searching for muon-to-electron conversion, and the KOTO experiment at J-PARC studying neutral kaon decays.
Previously, Campbell contributed to the CDF experiment at Fermilab where he participated in top quark discoveries and precision measurements. His work tests Standard Model predictions and seeks new physics phenomena through high-energy collision data analysis.
Honors include APS Fellowship recognition for contributions to particle physics. Campbell actively mentors graduate researchers in detector physics and data analysis techniques.
