Mustafa Sağlam is a Lecturer at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, Faculty of Theology, Department of Basic Islamic Sciences. He holds a PhD in Basic Islamic Sciences from Erciyes University and has been serving as a faculty member since 2015, promoted to Doctor Lecturer in 2021.
