Prof. Dr. Murat TOSUN is a faculty member at the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Sakarya University. His research focuses on differential geometry, Minkowski and Lorentzian spaces, quaternions, and ruled surfaces.

- MS in Mathematics, Ondokuz Mayıs University (1992)
His academic contributions include over 40 peer-reviewed publications in journals like Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences and Advances in Applied Clifford Algebras, with recent work on spinor representations, framed curves, and generalized surfaces. He has supervised 10 PhD and master’s theses.
He serves on editorial boards for journals such as Twms Journal of Pure and Applied Mathematics and Universal Journal of Mathematics and Applications, and has organized international conferences like IECMSA-2013.
