Muhammad Ali Khan serves as Lecturer in Prosthetics and Orthotics at Keele University's School of Allied Health Professions and Pharmacy since 2023, following three years as Senior Prosthetist in Cambridge. His career spans international clinical and academic roles across Pakistan, Malaysia, and the UK.

- Master in Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Technology, University of Dundee (2017)
His research centers on lower limb biomechanics utilizing Vicon Nexus Motion Analysis systems, with clinical applications in advanced prosthetic and orthotic design. Teaching expertise focuses on upper/lower limb prosthetics rehabilitation techniques.
Professionally, Khan served on University of Malaya's Industry Advisory Panel and provided seconded instruction to Biomedical Engineering (Prosthetics & Orthotics) placement students during his tenure as Technical Head Prosthetist.
