Mosin Sergey Anatolyevich

Sergey Anatolyevich Mosin serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Public Law within the Faculty of Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow. He joined HSE in 2021 and has accumulated 8 years of scientific and teaching experience in the legal field. His academic background includes a Candidate of Law degree (2008) and a Lawyer qualification from HSE (2003).

Professor Mosin's research focuses on constitutional principles, legal presumptions, legal axioms, and legal fictions. His scholarly work demonstrates a deep engagement with the theoretical foundations of constitutional law and the practical application of constitutional principles in legal systems.
