Mosharraf Hossain

Dr. Mosharraf Hossain is a Lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Finance at the UWA Business School, The University of Western Australia. His research focuses on corporate finance, governance, and sustainable finance, with contributions to journals like International Review of Financial Analysis and Global Finance Journal. He holds a PhD in Finance from UWA and has been recognized for teaching excellence, winning the UWA Business School Excellence in Teaching Award in 2017 and 2019. His work addresses topics such as green financing conflicts in Bangladesh, environmental underperformance impacts in China, and board monitoring dynamics in acquisitions.
