Moritz Reckling

Moritz Reckling is a researcher at the Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF), where he leads the Resource-Efficient Cropping Systems working group within Research Area 2 "Land Use and Governance."

His expertise focuses on designing cropping systems with legumes, employing on-station/on-farm experiments, modeling, and stakeholder engagement. He specializes in statistical analysis of yield stability and developing methods for assessing crop rotations across Europe.

As part of ZALF's research infrastructure, he contributes to projects addressing agricultural sustainability, climate resilience, and digitalization trends.
